近年来,计算机、网络及通信技术取得的重大突破推动了互联网在各领域的应用普及,促进了企业与企业(B2B)、企业与顾客(B2C)电子商务的迅猛发展,电子商务的发展打破了地域界限,推进了商务全球化进程,使国际商务谈判更加频繁。而由于人力、成本、工作量、时间、距离等因素,采用面对面这种传统的谈判方式不太现实...
近年来,计算机、网络及通信技术取得的重大突破推动了互联网在各领域的应用普及,促进了企业与企业(B2B)、企业与顾客(B2C)电子商务的迅猛发展,电子商务的发展打破了地域界限,推进了商务全球化进程,使国际商务谈判更加频繁。而由于人力、成本、工作量、时间、距离等因素,采用面对面这种传统的谈判方式不太现实,因而面向电子商务的谈判支持系统成为一个新兴的重要研究领域,如何实现异地的远程商务谈判、如何为谈判双方提供即时有效支持等问题已经成为完善电子商务功能,推动电子商务发展所迫切需要解决的问题。本文在国内外研究基础上,以电子商务中商务洽谈整个过程为主线,全面分析并建立了面向电子商务的谈判支持系统(Ec-NSS:Negotiation Support System for Electronic Commerce),并以Ec-NSS中的Web信息采集、谈判案例检索、谈判模型构建三个问题为例进行了深入分析和探讨。
本文主要研究内容包括:第一、提出了本文研究的切入点----面向电子商务谈判决策支持系统的概念和范围界定,阐述了Ec-NSS的信息采集、谈判案例检索、谈判模型构建三个问题的解决思路。第二、提出了电子商务谈判支持系统的总体框架,对该Ec-NSS的业务流程、体系结构、功能模块等进行了深入研究,并以此为基础构建了“以支持电子商务谈判为中心”的Ec-NSS系统,实现对电子商务谈判中的谈判信息、谈判案例、谈判模型等全方位管理。第三、根据商务谈判所需信息采集的特点以及相关的信息搜索技术和挖掘技术,提出了采用面向谈判主体的信息采集机制,从海量的信息中采集商务谈判所需信息。结合种子站点和合适的抽取规则实现了谈判信息采集。最后对该种信息采集进行了验证,结果证明该方法具有较高的查全率与查准率,且系统耗费时间资源少,抽取速度快,满足了互联网中信息抽取的快速性要求。第四、根据商务谈判案例复杂、定量与定性属性相结合的特点,提出了基于改进AHP和NN算法的案例检索与匹配机制,采用改进层次分析法求得案例属性权重,采用语义距离求得属性之间的相似度,然后采用最近相邻检索算法求解问题案例与旧案例相似度。通过试验表明该方法具有良好的适用性、准确性,是案例检索与匹配的有效方法。第五、构建了基于改进型遗传算法的商务谈判模型,根据实际谈判情况,在模型中加入了谈判者对商品属性的偏爱、谈判策略等影响因子,使得谈判模型的运行结果更符合实际情况。在此基础上设计了Agent-Agent通讯模式来解决由于时空而引起的谈判双方不能同时在线的问题。最后对该模型进行了验证,结果证明该模型具有精确、高效并节省时间。
最后设计实现了一个面向钢材电子商务谈判支持的原型系统(Usteel-EcNSS)。该原型系统结合杭州城北金属材料交易市场的实际需求,将本论文中的网络谈判信息采集和谈判模型应用到系统中,对面向电子商务的谈判支持系统应用做了有益的探索,为企业采集高质量的谈判信息、跨时空的商务谈判都提供了有力支持。

 In recent years, the important breakthroughs of technology of computer, network and communication increase the application and popularization of Internet in many fields, and promote the rapid development of the electronic commerce of B2B and B2C. The development of electronic commerce breaks region boundary, accelerates the commerce globalization process and increases the frequency of international commerce negotiation. However, because of factors of manpower, cost, workload, time and distance, adopting the traditional face-to-face way of negotiation becomes unrealistic, so Ec-NSS (Negotiation Support System for Electronic Commerce) becomes a very important new research field. These problems such as how to realize the long-distance commerce negotiation and how to provide the effective and immediate support to both sides have become the urgent problems that need to be solved in improving the function of electronic commerce and promoting the development of electronic commerce.At the basis of domestic and international research, this paper takes the whole process of commerce negotiation in electronic commerce as the main line, and comprehensively analyses and establishes the Ec-NSS. This paper deeply analyses and discusses the Web information collection, negotiation case retrieval and negotiation model construction these three problems. The main research contents are as the follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the research focus point----concept and scope definition of the Ec-NSS, and illustrates the solution of three problems of Web information collection, negotiation case retrieval and negotiation model construction.Secondly, this paper presents the outline of the Ec-NSS, and deeply studies the business process, architecture and function modules. At the basis of that, this paper constructs the Ec-NSS for supporting the electronic commerce negotiation to realize the comprehensive management of negotiation information, negotiation case and negotiation model etc. in electronic commerce negotiation. Thirdly, according to feature of commerce negotiation of information collection and the relative technology of information search and mining, this paper presents the useful information collection in commerce negotiation from information-sea by negotiation-subject-oriented information collection system. With seed-websites and appropriate extraction rules, this paper realizes the negotiation information collection, finally verifies it. The results prove that this method has a high recall and precision. With a less time resource consumption and a high extraction speed, this system meets the needs of a high rapidity in Web information extraction.Fourthly, according to the feature of the complex of commerce negotiation case and the combination of the qualitative and quantitative attribute, this paper presents case retrieval and matching mechanism based on improved AHP and NN algorithm. This paper adopts the improved AHP to gain case attribute weight and the semantic distance to gain similarity among attributes, then adopts NN (Nearest-Neighbor) retrieval algorithm to gain similarity between the question case and the old case. The experiment proved that this method is of higher adaptability and accuracy and is the effective way for case retrieval and matching.Fifthly, this paper constructs commerce negotiation model based on Improved Genetic Algorithm. According to the real situation in negotiation, this paper adds the influencing factors such as the negotiator’s preference for the product attribute and negotiation strategy to the model to make the results of negotiation model become more consistent with the actual condition. Based on that, this paper designs the Agent-Agent communication model to solve the problem that both sides of negotiation cannot be on-line at the same time because of the differences of space and time. Finally, this model is testified to prove that it is highly accurate and effective and time-saving.At last, this paper designs a system named Usteel-EcNSS. According to the needs of the steel market in the northern part of Hangzhou, this Usteel-EcNSS applies the information collection of network negotiation and negotiation model to system and does useful researches to implication of Ec-NSS, and powerfully support the quality improvement of information collection for enterprise negotiation and across-time-and-space commerce negotiation.
